After much research and talking to several breeders, I knew that Daniel was the best. His care and attention to detail... in his breeding program is so impressive. We picked up our puppy yesterday, and were amazed at how friendly and personable all of his dogs are! They are absolutely stunning to see in person - even more beautiful than their photos. Daniel takes great care to ensure that his puppies are well-socialized and ready to go to their new homes. He even introduces them to crate training so this will be an easy transition when they get to their new home. Our little puppy is so sweet and friendly. I purchased and picked up my beautiful little Desi from Limberlost Exotics mid November. With not being from the state... of Michigan, it made me a little anxious with not being able to meet Daniel and the puppies ahead of the time of purchase. However, he had glowing reviews and I appreciate the fact that he conducts over the phone interviews rather than a paper application to ensure a good fit and home for both the puppies and customer. It was after our phone conversation that I felt 100% confident with putting down a deposit to purchase a puppy from him. He posted weekly pictures and videos to see how they were growing, I looked forward to see how and what my little girl was looking like every Friday! Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and dedicated to what he does. Following the breed standards of true English Creams is of utmost importance to him. He does his due diligence to ensure the safety and health of both the puppies and parents, for instance, he has a reproductive specialist for the moms. Upon pick up day, he provided me with in-depth records as to all preventive care and immunizations (including stickers from the vials), a sample of premium puppy food he starts the puppies on, a blanket to get the scent of mom on, and a cow hoof. I was also able to meet both the mom and dad as well as the other parents of other litters, all are absolutely stunning! Another thing I really like is that Daniel really enjoys getting to stay in touch with his clients and past puppies. I have been able to reach out to him via both text and call with any questions I have. It was definitely worth the trip and I would highly recommend to anyone! Picked up our Cooper and Mack last week from Limberlost. Love them to pieces already! Both puppies are so sweet. Crate... trained, on their way with potty training, and so smart!We met all the adult dogs and puppies when we went to visit, and they were all very friendly and well-behaved. It's obvious that they love and care for all of them and that it's not just a business. All of the puppies and adult dogs are absolutely beautiful and so darn soft! I cannot thank Daniel and Mike enough for the amazing and sweet boy, Charlie! He is the sweetest and most easy going... puppy I have met. He has had little to no accidents and has slept the whole night through. We just picked our little Khloe up from Limberlost and the whole experience was fantastic! He kept in touch with us... every step of the way. After the puppies were born he gave updates with either picture or video every week to week and a half. When we picked her up they were very welcoming to us and very kind to my two young sons. We met all the dogs and their home was beautiful. You can tell they clearly love and care very much for all the pups. The adult dogs are so friendly and well behaved. These dogs are beautiful and I cant even begin to describe how soft they are. I would recommend limberlost to anyone!read more

We picked up our little Olivia Elizabeth Victoria the end of November. She has been a joy to our home. Daniel the... breeder gave us a good rundown on how to handle things and what to expect. Our daughter has her brother Flynn so we have regular play date and what fun they are. We are so in love with our baby and I want to thank Dan and Michael for filling our lives with so much love. We actually have people ask us where we found a breeder that has English cream dachshunds and of course we say Limberlost exotics in Lansing Michigan. Again thank you for everything Daniel. Picked up my little guy today from Limberlost and it was such a wonderful experience. They welcomed us into their home... and introduced us to our new pup, as well as his mother and father. I bought a puppy from them back in April. The breeder really was informed about the breed and cared about the home the... puppy would be going to. I had communicated with other breeders before choosing them.The puppy was shipped by air to me with no problems. The puppy was very healthy and what I wanted and as seen by the pictures. He provided me with pictures of the puppy as he grew before I received him. I also received a collection of pictures from his birth. I have continued to have contact with them about the puppy. The business was very nice to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.read more
